i downloaded the client and i click run but its not working. can any 1 help please?

when you started this server.i dont really remember. so im just gonna say a couple months ago.
how long you are online each week. i just recently rejoined. but i will play at the most 4 hours a day when i get home from school.(depending on if im working or not also).
reasons for leaving past server:not very many players on and community isnt very good either.
about me:i like to chill with my friends and play basketball from time to time.
things you especially want to enforce or improve: i will enforce to the best as i can, i dont tolerate most of the stuff on previous servers. and i will mute or ban when i feel it is appropriate to. i will keep spammers away as best as i can.
